Having a Bad Day....
#391
I saw Tim on Sunday and he's still awaiting the outcome as it's now gone to or going to a tribunal.......he remains positive though!
On a more sombre note, he's sold his 555 STi and is driving a vectra...!
I'm sure he'll be posting again soon.
Skoosh.

<alan partridge mode> Ahhhh Haaaaa!
Just having a nosey on SN and noticed my thread!..
**Update**
Good News:
Well the old company have responded to my solicitor who has sent their comments to me for my input, just need to do spend a bit of time on it over the weekend to finalise things before the big day which can't be very far off!.
I have indeed been very busy work wise over the last month, along with other 'problems'
Cant be long now... $$ Ker-ching
Thanks for all the support, once it's all sorted I will post all the original documents & the full uncut story
And yes the vectra rumour is true!...
Tim

Don't look in this section much, but bloody hell, what a read. Dying for a pee and starving having sat here for an hour and a half reading this!
Have to say those undeserving sons of bitches have it coming and I hope you well and truly stick it up where the sun don't shine.
Just don't keep us waiting for ever for the update...!

I had similar situation to this, but the company settled out of court - wouldnt be surprised if this happens here. At this stage, the original incident doesnt really matter, as the procedural snafu is wrongful dismissal by the looks of it. Good luck

Just (over 2hrs ago) found this thread. I have been on the edge of my seat reading it.
Well done for having the courage of your convictions and the guts, stamina and determination to see it through. I know it will have been difficult in these dark and lonely days when your pride was hurt, your confidence shattered, even if for just a short time and being sacked under any circumstances for any diligent employee, as you clearly were, is a major trauma.
Your lucid account and ability to concentrate logically on the central issues do you a great credit.
Good luck.

I hope your solicitor is a b@stard (in the nicest possible sense of course) and negotiates a good settlement for you.

If you were banned from telling anyone about it, it would be a real shame if a new user posted on this thread with a fictional story of what can happen in a work place when they want you out.

What a rivetting read, Best read since the thread (Cannot remember the guys name sorry) who had a volvo parking in his space at work and ended up squatting in a corner of the offenders office to prove a point....
Good Luck to you on the 15th.
You could copy and paste this thread into a book and I bet it would sell.

Wow - what a read, and what a nightmare.... Go contracting if you have the skills, I did after being treated like **** for a company I slogged my guts out for, so decided to give them the middle finger and went contracting, that was 7 years ago and I've not looked back.
I now show no long term loyalty to a company, I do my job, get me money and say thanks you very much, I don't have to care for them as they don't care for me... Happy relationship....
Hope you bust their *** in court...
