The faults have been totally different with respect to the last test and the one before, if you're saying that the test is legit then each would fail every time for the same thing. I am deffinetly right.
The only way you could fail every time for the same thing is if you were to fail to address the shortcomings of your previous tests. Even octopuses can learn their mistakes with electric shocks/ rewards as incentives... and they're only molluscs.

lol!

Cephalopods have distributed intelligence, spread amongst ganglia, whereas poor chaos doesn't have enough intelligence to spread!

They don't have the quota think anyway I think? I'm sure it's just a cr@p excuse for people who fail. So chaos, could you tell us why you failed each test, eg minors adding up, majors, then we may be able to help...

I've never kept a test report, they go straight into the bin. The paper it's written on is worth more.

LMFAO @ these comments, if you took your test in today like I am, you're no different from all the other people that take their test, you would fail, end of. They have quotas to fill, "if you don't fail 100 people this week, you aint gettin' paid!". Simple as.

Even when they do tell me I've passed, I'll still tell um to fek off and abuse them! (after everything is signed and sweet, 'am not that silly )

Exclamation

If you have a problem with the outcome of your Driving Tests then you are entitled to lodge an appeal. Depending on where you live in the UK how long after failing your test you can appeal. In England and Wales you can appeal upto 6 months after the Statement of Failure to appeal under the Magistrates' Courts Act 1952 Ch.55 part VII, Section 104. In Scotland you only have 21 days to appeal under the Sheriff Court, Scotland Act of Sederunt (Statutory Appeals) 1981.

The DSA do NOT have quotas to fill, this is only you putting it into your head to make yourself feel that it is not you it's "them" that are at fault.

I think you should seriously consider changing your school of motoring and listen to your instructor as to when you are ready to apply again for your test. It is just a "basic" evaluation of "basic" driving manoevures that you are have obviously not "mastered" yet due to the attitude you have. Get rid of your attitude and you might actually pass your test.

I tried to appeal on my 2nd test but it is hopeless, they make it difficult and it's just not worth the hassle.

The point of this is to show how corrupt the whole thing is. It's absolutley terrible..

Try changing test centre, pick a nice rural one and you will have a better chance of passing.

Chaos,
Frankly, I'm amazed that youve even managed to pass the really simple multi-choice test.

To pass the actually driving test must be a real trial for someone like you. Why dont you get yourself a little push-bike. At least that way you might just scrape through the cycling proficiency test if your lucky, very lucky.

At this rate he's gonna have to take the theory test again (both multi choice and hazard perception now) as the certificate is only valid for 2 years...

As far as I know, you can still buy, insure and tax a car if you're driving under a provisional licence. Or am I behind the time? Do they still have provisionals? It was a long time a go when I passed my test (first time)..

Anyway, my point being, if you can use a car at other times than with an instructor you may find that you do improve. I did this and fould it helped a great deal.

edit to add: on provisional you must have a fully qualified driver in the car with you. Can any of your school friends drive?

Yes I think you can drive/tax/insure a car with a provisional but you need another person in the car who has a full license for more than 2 years, is over 25 (IIRC), tho it appears that Chaos doesn't do this (evidence, and there must be another similar thread somewhere)

The driver with the full licence needs to have had it for 3 years before they can take a learner out.

UK test = so simple it's laughable
If you cannot pass the test you should not be allowed out in public without supervision.

Personally I think this is a wind up ... no one can be that egotistical and narrow minded, can they??

LOL, Irony at it's best. (note to chaos, it's in the dictionary under 'I', which is just after 'H' and just before 'J')

This guy has no chance of passing his test with his attitude

This seems to be a very hot topic.

Dont worry Chaos, you will do it just take more lessons and you will get through.

I managed it about 2 months ago, all need do is take it easy, and calm, it took me 2 attepts, problem was on first my nerves just could not put it all together, and not thinking straight failed it on leaving a right signal on,as it did not cancel and i never noticed doh, (whats that ticking) doh, so failed for confusing other road users.

But the second time was fine.

shame we sold the scooby and got my half share in a forester XT now.

Good Luck Choas for next time
