Hi all!
Had a great day out on my first ever Scooby meet! Like to thank all the people I met this afternoon, nice bunch you are too, made me feel very welcome!
What fab weather we all had, ...that mega carvary too, Mmm!
Suberb range of Scoobies there, I now know what this infectious 'mod your Scooby' is all about!
Can't wait till the next meet!

Talking Nice one guys (and gals and little ones)

First meet for me and Ali, really nice to meet so many people we had chatted to before on here, "scoobchrissy" - sorry to hear about the alloys matey, thats just harsh but hopefully the ride will be back on top form in a couple of weeks.
"SpecialX" - nice one mate, good organisation although I could have screamed when you said lets go in the field for a group pic, thought NOOOOOOOOOO 3&1/2 hours spent cleaning the babe and he wants me in a field what will the alloys think?

Can't wait till the next one, although this time I'm starting off at the begining as it looks we missed a grin on the road up on the M1. Many thanks to the police "no really!" for not giving the guys a hard time on the way up

Here's a few pics of the day ... sorry webmaster

Nice WR1 front m8 .. kinda

See you at the next one ... wheelie_sti
BTW I am NOT Tony Soprano with a shaven head ... at least, I don't think I am ... badabing? Bad choice in shorts though !

great turnout today, lovely weather for a change, and a nice crew to share it with
thanks to specialx for organising it all, look forward to your next meet.
Pity about the mega sunday drivers on the roads there and back, maybe you should have an evening meet, say around 10pm when they're all safely tucked up in bed
see you all again soon,
chris.

Took the wife for a change (owt for a quite life) and yes she enjoyed it, and she would like to thank Adam for the Scooby Doo. And I say it was a good day and nice to see faces not just names. Next time I see some of you again will be the R/R session at Nobles, JUNE ??

Another excellent turn out, with great weather & great people, pity my scoob is still awaiting repair, i could only pop along to Eaton Farm, due to selling house and had a couple of veiwings that afternoon.

But still got my "Turbo" diesel on there which i tucked in the corner.

Me & Scooby Adz watched as u all roared off thru Long Eaton, what a sight took u all of 10 minutes to clear Eaton Farm

X.... did you get there this time without being pulled by the law ??

Marv, that bonnet looked pretty cool m8, and that scoop wow that's what u call a scoop.

Couldn't make it this weekend and looks like I missed a great day out, especially as last time was very wet and bloody cold.

Some great pics. Looking forward to the next one which we should be able to make - barring any last minute family events! Mind you I did end up spending the day at Santa Pod wtaching a RWYB, so not too disheartened

Yes - I have video footage of you all pulling in at the Trowell services, only lasts a few mins but looks very impressive with so many Scoob's- I don't know how to put it on the forum - But if anyone can do it, give me your address and I will post the tape out to you. It was my first meet and it was great to see so many people. When we were pulling out of the services it sounded fantastic.

Yep - that was me in the un-moded bug eye - only had it a few weeks. Forgot to mention it was filmed on the old style video camera so if someone wants to put it on the forum - they need to be able to take the footage off a VHS video cassette. Suppose if someone has one of the new Dv cam corders they could record it from a vhs video and then transfer it to a computer. Any way the offers there - if anyone can do it I will post the tape out. P.S I,m no David Bailey so don't expect it to be brilliant or anything. Some nice zorst sounds though.
