Im working at 1700 hrs Mt8. Could have made the meet, but mean,t i would have been up all night as well. Which ain,t to clever when in charge of 44 tonnes of tanker on the road. So gonna have to give it a miss unforunatly. Pissed of about it ,as i had shampooed interior and used PROPER wax polish on it. Even the cat carn,t stand on the bonnet now. lol. U lot have a good un and watch out for plod.

Have written in Diary. Must try harder.

Gis an update on Blitz to mate. WHEN,S THE WEDDING etc or the Christening.

Top run out today... Shame about the weather though

Had a headache all day, did'nt help bumping along in my car all day either getting a numb ****, as per usual foot is hurting from clutch..

But really enjoyed it, had a laugh got some pics & vids to sort out... We went maccys on the way home, cos the food was'nt he best

Anyway good to see everyone again, perhaps organise a blast my way soon, some nice pub grub places round here too.

Well what can I say! When the rain came down I thought that alot of you would stay away, but no!!!! we got over 65 cars at Longeaton and with the last count at the red lion being over 86 cars!!!!! we think with stragglers and passers by we got over a 100!!! yee haa!!! roll on the next one!!!

sorry but no prizes were given as it was far to cold to wander round the carpark so there will be better prizes next time,

as for the drive on the M1 the rain kept us to a respectable speed but the spray made it a nightmare! sorry to all the folks who got lost enroute.

All I can say Is a big big thanks to you all for making this meet the biggest ever!!!!
so give yourselves a pat on the back! I bet the FORD lads run and hide their cossies at the slightest hint of rain!!! but not us scoob people we are all mad!!!! But I love ya!!!!!!!


keep your eye's peeled for the next one I think we will stay with the same format ie starting at Longeaton then a cruise up the M1 to chesterfield,
I hope you all liked the function room even though it was like being at a wedding!! lol
