Hi guys

It's probably just the look and feel, etc as the ammount of posts has not dropped off.

We do have some new forums, so traffic will spill in to them a little.

In addition, right now is our absolute slowest time of the week (excluding early hours).

But most importantly, look at how few "thread spoilers" / rants / moronic posts we have around in the general forums, etc. The signal / noise ratio has improved dramatically, and I'm so proud of the community for that. If that means we've lost the traffic that those kinds of posts created, I'll be thrilled to bits.

gav the picture thing is an option in your profile and the default is to show the url not the picture. Switch it on and you should see images again

prefer the new SN3 layout after all that but can we have the horrible bright blue text replaced with something a bit less retina burning like on the classic layout?

One thing though, when a subject has been moved from say generals to another forum, the icon is showing as a red x. Right cliking on the image it is pointing to http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/ instead of showing the "move" pic, which is an arrow.

Hi Simon, No not in my case. I had thought of that. It just seems to be some sort of arbritary list of bold for about the top half/third of the thread listings then going to normal. But hey it doesn't matter - I was just curious and cross that I couldn't see the logic. David

This new one has given me a headache after just 5minutes trying the read it, and it looks cheap.

is it just me, or is everyone feeling the same about SN, since it's been changed i have had no problem's with it, but the last couple of day's it's taking age's to get from page to page, it's realy slow is it me or is everyone feeling it????

If you read one of the posts, and then refresh the page, it will no longer be bold.

Yes indeed but what I said above is still valid - bold posts when I log in are those posted or added to since I last visited. But who cares......
