Hi folks,
Thanks for the thanks, you are all quite welcome.
The results will be posted up later today. Shame Christian couldn't make it. I was looking forward to seeing him run.
An excellent day I thought with a really friendly atmosphere, nice to see the old faces and some new ones.
I was very pleased with my own performance of 386bhp, which was well above what I was expecting. The only thing changed since my last run of 344 was the ported OEM headers (thanks Harvey) and Jap Innovations uppipe and their new backbox and a tad more fuel pressure.
The next Well Lane (WL8) is booked for 4th JULY 2004 (INDEPENDENCE DAY).
Hopefully there will be some big power cars ready by then to give Harvey at least a run for his money
Cheers
Rich

Hi all.
I got magnex de cat downpipe and powerflow exhaust and K&N Panel filter and also walbro fuel pump. and some VTA Dump Valve. I was really impressed with the figures aswell BlackR.
No worries Marx you can use my figures. Although I hope you can get on the rollers next time. Your Type R looked well fit really liked the look. Wish I had at least washed mine before getting there lol
Going to change a few more things before the TTS Meet at Well Lane I hope and see what difference it makes.
Many Many thanks again to Rich for organising and also can you put my name down for Well Lane 8. Although will maybe a bit difficult to get people when TOTB3 practice day will clash. So wanna do the weekend after or before.

RichiW, nice pic's specially of me and Kameras on our way home on the M62. Couldn't help but notice, did that central arnco jump out at you, or was it you that got too close to it, either way I'll bet your **** let go, mind did as I watched from my side view mirror. Lucky boy.
See ya, Nice motor too. Paul.

LOL @ Mr Slim
Yes, did get abit squirrelly didnt it I'm generally very good at the moving stuff, but the heavy night before must have been taking its toll so concentration wasnt at its best, still, all's well that ends well.

Once I get my car on there you'll need another 100bhp yourself
I got 403bhp/355lbs with my old turbo (before headers) so you'll need to be achieving your 1.9 Bar to be competitive!!! - given I've now put a different turbo on, put on external headers, the water injection is working and i'm doing a few other mods

Steve, you've got to get the car there first
I just love seeing the blood drain from Subaru owners faces as their cars arent ready again ... and again ... and again
Though yes, your right, i need to get it to hold the 1.9 all the way like it does on the road, got a few tips off Harvey for that though

Just like to add my thanks to Rich for another well planned and attended day!!
Cheers dude...
I am pleased thatmy torque figure was exactly the same as 12 months ago at WL4, with no further mods... 315lbs/ft from my piggy backed PPP ecu (STI7), bhp down 4 from last year, which i'll put down to temps after they had done 4/5 power runs in 4th gear and only hitting 268bhp... Eventually they did a run in 5th and voila, 307bhp was found... I was getting very worried....
Cheers again

I was changing my fuel pump at 8:30pm the night before in heavy blizzards and about 2 inches of snow. Was bloody freezing. I also had some spark plugs to put in but fingers froze to spanners before managing to get spark plugs in.

I think I'm suffering from being unable to read other peoples posts before I post mine
Anyhow we all know that your car should be making 10,000 bhp......... at 1.9 Bar of Boost......... is this still on the standard Turbo???
I will undoubtedly be there to retake my crown of....erm many years ago........ thats if
1. Harvey
2. Christian
3. Dave Wallis
4. Dave Taylor/Trout
Dont appear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Deary me Steve, calm down!!!!
You should'nt give it if you carnt take it really!
The car is running on a Standard cased turbo yes, i was fully expecting at least 420bhp, would have been chuffed at 430bhp though Unfortunately the rollers didnt give me enough resistance. I'm at G-Force on the 28th so fingers crossed she'll do the buisness there
There quite a few powerful scoobs around now, i think thats great, and if i get beat, then i can quite easily live with it, as i'm the one driving the Evo
