The more I read on this thread the more I think someone is taking the p**s.
I don't want to speak out of turn but IF this has happened why have you not contacted the police and waited for them to deal with this?
If anything I would have thought you are jepodising (sp?) any potential legal case by posting his details on ebay and sites like this.
There are legal systems in place that can help you and I suggest you try them.
IF you are winding people up may you rot in hell.
James
P.s I know I originally put this thread up but know I think it wasn't a wise idea.

JSW, may i rot in hell if this is a wind up, but it,s not, doing what i did on ebay was stupid, but i was desperate, we went to a german solicitor and was told he would not go to jail he would be shamed and put on a list, this was a shock to my daughter, and she refused to go further, they are ashamed of themselves for what has happened, a solicitor in the UK did,nt have the curtesy to reply to my daughters statment that she requested to take the case further, so i advertised for one, how much or how far do i push my daughters, 2 slaps in the face i think is too much, so i openy did what i did for some serious person to help

Try the police, forget solicitors for now.
If he is a UK resident they will deal with your complaint. I understand this can be a difficult time but you are going about things in the wrong way.

J S W, I'm not saying that you weren't trying to help, but a public forum is not the place to discuss a matter like this - don't you agree?
