Surley with one of the suggested routines, i will gain muscle bulk without messing with my grub?
depends what you're eating currently. if you're treating your mouth like a toilet, dont expect to gain any muscle regardless of what routine you're using. food is the fuel for your training and is at least as important as the training itself. as is rest.

mess up on your diet, and your body will not be able to correctly recover from your training. you're then more likely to suffer from muscle atrophy than getting any kind of gains at all.

Ozzy - my goal is simple. I want to gain some muscle bulk. I am talking about a very small amount.
All i want to know is - If i chuck some iron about 3 or 4 times a week for half an hour or sommat, will that be enough to gain what i'm after?

brun - What you need to remember is that rest and eating(diet) are more important that the actual weights!! Dont soley rely on supplements. I use protein shakes 2/3/4 times a day just to add up more calories.

If your diets spot on there is no need for the juice juice is only to take you beyond your natural limit. If youve not hit that your cheating your self whilst wasting time
