I went to a concert a couple of weeks back, they only sold beer/other drinks in plastic bottles which you then had to pour into a plastic cup before they'd let you back into the arena

Interbrew, brew Stella in Wales. Their head office for the UK is in Luton.
To put it simply for you so you understand:
Just because on the Tesco wrapper it says Tesco,Cheshunt, Herts it doesnt mean all of their stores are in Cheshunt. It is just their head office that is located here. Likewise Interbrew UK OK.

Perhaps those too out of their faces wouldn't realise the full magnitude of prosecution while they were in that state - they'd soon give it proper consideration when they woke up sober with time to think before release.

If I as a human are able to be taught the full repercussions of driving a car while intoxicated, I'm sure I can take on board the reasons for not having a fight.
