Brilliant racing, best night I've had on MGP2 ever!

Has anyone completed the Ring on platinum yet? Not easy did a 6.30 and got hammered.

How do you get in car? I could only find 2 out of car views and 2 no car/front views

 

Sorry should have stated that this only works with modded Xboxes so you wouldn't be able to play in this view on Live it involves editting a view.ini (or something alone those lines) in the PGR2 directory on the h/d.

Boss came in as I was doing the previous message so I pressed post before finishing it.

I think the reason they took it out is that the camera has to be slightly different for each car, as in the internal viewpoint location works fine for 75% of the cars, but the same view point position in an Exige and you'll be looking straight into the rear window above the engine bay etc. But it does look like they considered doing it, mainly based on the fact when you move the right thumbstick to the sides it looks out of each door window, much more useful than altering the view in the same manner when outside the car!

 

It's very nice. When you look out of the side windows the wing mirrors work and although it doesn't show in those captures the rear view mirror works.

As an aside I've fixed my connection problems with a firmware update for my router, it included some xbox specifics. I did think I was up to date... doh!
