History is History and I am not prepared to visit last year again
Please be assured that noise limits for future events will be clearly stated and adhered to by both parties

I hope Pete is hard at work welding together the prototypes of the new Scoobysport 'pea shooter' Bedford Special backbox
I'll certainly be bringing my OE box, now that we, ahem, know
Thanks for sorting it Phil - I really liked that track as you dont feel you're going to scratch the roof on the family runabout

I'm very happy to call Pete ‘Jesus’ purely on the basis of my SS downpipe, however even he can not make me or my Scooby welcome on Mr Palmers track, and I am a SIDC member. How very rock and roll, getting banned
I’ll still be there though – I’ll be the chap called ‘Engelbert’ in the blue Range Rover 4.6 understeering doggedly towards the noise meters

Ohh John! Tough luck old boy! Let's go master that ever so tricky Paddock corner at Brands instead No houses for MILES there
Funny how you can be banned via an online 'handle' ID. It's all rock and roll though. Whatever. Ho hum

Who EVER strayed outside any 'usage guidelines' Matt? Certainly not me. That's why they are published and called g u i d e l i n e s. This way you theoretically know exactly where you stand - ohh God! Here I go again - pass me the groundhog
Np probs at Brands, ever (well except ending up in the gravel on Paddock ). Same car, same 'zorst, 'correct' type of rain... Dont get me started will ya!!!!

You're missing the point slightly (I think). The circuit is deemed have strayed outside the rules/guidelines if they allow more than the agreed noise leves, or before or after agreed times, on agreed days. Brands Hatch is Motor Racing Circuit so has much higher limits on noise. The problem for Bedford is that as it's not a racing circuit, it has much lower noise level limits. If you did have a vehicle which broke Brands Hatch's (higher) noise limits (unlikely seeing as BTCC, WSB and other LOUD racing vehicles race there), they would send you home just as quick as Mr Palmer!
Do you see what I'm saying now?

and you have got things slightly wrong too matt.
All UK circuits have specific days where noise levels vary. For example for the Britsh GP there is no noise limit, but a club event the next weekend will have a 105db limit, the following weekend you may have a trackday that has a 98db limit, all on the same track.
The limits are agreed with the local council, and some circuits have a certain number of "noisy" days each year.
The main point is, the noise limts agreed for that particular day should be adheared to by everyone, changing the limits during the day is unaceptable.
