it'll be your profile - check to see that your "options" in user cp shows "show images" or something like that.

It is as Nick says..

clicked and all the images appeared..

User CP --> Edit Option --> Thread Display Options --> show images..

why this was no enabled in the first place I dunno

Si, going way off topic, it was due to the update performed on the user table to get rid of the "under 13" tag that everyone had.
