Steve em
Nope..I'm at the citroen garage with the Picasso on Tuesday, apparently the rear wash wipe has been pissing water onto the INSIDE (yes inside) of the rear window for months now (so the wife tells me) but the cold weather means the rear window mists up !!!!
Mark
Back from abroad then . Didn't see the Catalunya rally on the telly...wife thought it was a cheap film with Tom hanks about the Moon landings
Serious question.....anybody got a tyre pressure gauge / inflator thingy which they like and trust. I'm not sure the one at the top of Brampton old road (Whiteclosegate) esso garage is any good.

Mike, lol.
You`ll like this one, this is a belter. Had a phone call from a bird before who`d been given my number on saturday night by someone who said he was called Paul, she was talking to him in passions n/club in workington. It must`ve been one of my mates arsing about. So after i got it thru to her that i`m not 'Paul' and that she`d been had, we had had a bit of a crack, and, never one to miss a trick, i asked if she fancied meeting for a drink sometime this week (so i could have a look and see if there`s any potential) and she said yes! fookin class!!!

Well the wife has been out and done it not bought a scoob but a top of the range Honda 2.2 accord (should have been 22b)never mind tho now I can rag that to work instead of the slow warm up I usually do in the scooby plus it will keep the miles of it.

Faster...did you really mean to write "doggy" on your last post LOL..
OK Abbey, I know your going to the dogs but what do you want for the headers...I remember they leaked a lot and you had to get them re-surfaced. Anyway I have my Road Angel at 90 degrees to the dashboard
Midlife... anybody use a tyre pressure gauge / inflator at home ??

Not taking the p$ss mate...pressing the wrong key is dead easy.....
I write articles among other things and wanted to type "endodontics" but for some reason typed "en dodo dontics" consigning 2 years work (yes 2 years work) to an extinct bird !!
Seriously though can't the WRX box cope with 300 plus BHP ??

The box probably can but, like other items, it depends how you treat them! I can see Mr Emery buying a dog box from Townend in the near future. That'll offload £3500 of his dosh....

Thanks Mark..
Problem solved for Steve Em.... forget any other mod and have botox injections to the area of the right foot for paralysis (spelling)....... meaning that normal Nissan Micra box could cope with the floppy right foot ..
Not sure if "Abbey-viagra-lad" would agree.
Just thought that dog boxes were really slow accros the "gate" and made driving a bit of a hassle

Faster..help here please
Are "dog boxes's " gear wheels cut in a circle like the reverse gear on most cars(like a bike) ?? hence the NOISE ...lots of metal = strength !! I guess my forward gears are helical and quieter ....
Looking at the diagrams of Scoobies in the books the size of the gearbox is tiny...the question is have we been palmed off with something to make the Scooby cheaper to buy rather than something which can cope (like the paintwork) ??
