manual winders usually have a metal c clip holding them on. if you push the door card back gently but firmly around the winder, you may see the silver c clip. use a flat screwdriver to pop the c clip of, then slide the winder off.

was filfy(hit man 'john' oh look i parked on a roundabout) hanging out of his scoob window shouting at me to stop revving the scoob as he was parked to close to me at the traffic light's and the flame's was getting bigger and bigger by the minuet luckily for him the light's changed and we had to go.
