Yeah, tell me about it! Spoke to him at the weekend and he said he's been mega busy but it's easing off a bit so he can look into it a bit more. Says the large wall mounted scoob should be easy so that's a start I suppose. Any news on the signlab disc/s you were borrowing?
Well...
...that's me off work for two weeks
Just got out of hoskipal after having some lumps removed and they discovered one of 'em was a femoral hernia that I've had for about 20 years
No evvy lifting, plenty of bed rest cups of tea etc...just gives me more time to sulk over my results
Lofty, what did AndyF say?
He kind of hinted that the temperature of the charge air - if hot - can pull back the torque as a safety feature.
Have PM'd him anyways.
Just realised: on the Well Lane results, my car was 13th on the rollers...and it came 13th in the BHP figures.
How uncanny is that

Bloody hell Bryn - I was wondering where you'd gone since Sunday! I was starting to worry that you were more disappointed with your RR results than we first thought
Andy said there are lots of possible reasons why my car performed like a Sport on Sunday. Hot temps, bad fuel, knock etc etc. He's offered to have a look if I take my car up there, but I'm a bit worried it's a long way to drive with a potentially damaging problem, plus no guarantees it'll get sorted. I would hate to drive all the way up there just to find out something like the MAF is faulty and have to turn round and immediately drive back! I'm gonna try Filfy's MAF in my car today to see if that makes a difference to how it feels. I'm contemplating TD05 and STi6 i/c (which would mean the car would need remapping anyway). So might be as well to kill 2 birds with 1 stone!!??!!
