Stevehull - what colour spring is in your dv? Didi you get any other springs with it? If not you can buy a Service/Tuning Kit from Forge which contains 4 springs, new shims, new 0-rings and grease. I messed about for ages with mine and found the blue spring to be the best. Yellow and green were too weak, red was too stiff.
I also messed about setting up Ian's & Filfy's dv's 'cos they weren't set up right and one of 'em wasn't even holding boost pressure.

last time i ran at well lane, i think i was something like 360bhp and 325ftlb of torque. That actually felt quicker than the 2.5 before it went **** up.
its torque that matters more than bhp in every day driving.

My figure has been arrived at thus: STI quote output at 300. BJ reckons that' a conservative estimate and would be more like 310. So I'm saying it's a bit more, in a kind of full volume - plus one more spinal tap kinda way
Hoping to get out of gigging 2nite, so may swing by if all goes well.
