Fookin Inland Revenue, they don't know their ar$es from their elbows. Why does everything in life have to be sooooooooooooooooooo complicated????? And why is it that the laws in this country are written to penalise the generally law-abiding citizen who makes a genuine mistake, or is a victim of a government department's ineptitude, whilst the habitual law-breaker and general tax-dodging benefit-claiming scumbag is allowed to roam free, contributing **** all to society. In fact, the only reason they're probably hounding me for money from 4 years ago (which they've only just decided I owe them) is because Johnny Ne'er Do Well can't afford his heroine this week so Mr Innocent Tax Payer gets shafted for some more of his hard-earned cash. I'm probably paying for the heroine consumed by the scumbag that's the most likely candidate to nick my feckin car. It's all wrong, all wrong I tell ya.
