Hi all,

Opening times are 08:00-18:00
Track times are 10:00-17:00

I intend to get there for 07:30.
But as most of you know by now I'm always their early, to get things sorted out for you orrible lot

I would suggest you get there for between 8 and 9.

Si- Not sure mate I would like to let you on but it is after all a Japanese Car show. Leave it with me.

As previously said, the SIDC have merged with Scoobycity, and everything is now sorted regarding the space, we expect to increase the capacity.I will be sorting those people on the list on this thread, Danny from Scoobycity will deal with his list.
Scoobycity cars will be together as a group.

Thats it for now, will keep you posted if any news crops up.

Kane - You either pay on the day at the gate for 10 quid or you can get tickets in advance Tel No. on first page.

You will be added to the list and I will check you off the list when you arrive on the day.

I am being sent stickers by Santa Pod, as yet I dont know what they are for, will let you know when I get them.

We have increased the stand capacity to 120. Spoke to Santa Pod today and they told me we are the largest club attending so far. To get on the stand they will issue stickers on which you will have to write your registration number. I presume that somebody (probably me!) will have to wait at the entrance so you can get it when you pay your entrance fee. I am not going to stay there all day so a time will be given for the latest entry.

Muddy,

Can you put me down please (I'm Blue Boy from the SIDC Forum)and will be driving a MY02 WRX.

If I don't make it it's because I'm suffering from the Big "C" and it's very much on how I am on the day!

I don't know excuses already!

Cheers Bob.

Hi all,

I'm back for the weekend.

The SAE does sound a good idea, but!! we don't know when Santa Pod are going to release the stickers?
I would assume a week before the event, as their final cut-off date is the 3rd October.
Plus some of you may not appreciate that it takes a lot of time just to organise events like this, to have to add SAE to the equation which would mean sending back out 100 stickers would be asking too much.
If I had special powers to see into the future I would have had this put onto the SIDC shop or something. I didn't envisage such a large turnout.

Anyway, what we'll have to do is wait at the entrance for you to arrive and then we can distribute the stickers there.

We will only stay at the entrance until say 10:30-11:00 (however I would like people their for when the show opens to the public), by this time everyone should be at the show.
Anytime after that you'll have to track me down.

Hope this is ok, however if there is anyone out there who does want to send an SAE to me, because of special circumstances I could post the stickers out. (email me)

Also on the day, could you please let me know if you intend to go on the strip, so I can the parking out.

Cheers

Muddy

Craig they are sending out the tickets as they take orders

So perhaps if they send out the club passes now the SAE thing will work

Just thinking of you and Tanya standing on the gate

Hi Muddy glad you're back in blighty for a bit.

I'm sure I can get someone to releave you or Tanya on the gate at some point. It might also be worth sending me 30 odd passes before hand as we're planning a big meet up just outside the Pod at 8am to drive in together.
