Unhappy Refund Please (Can not wait any longer)

Ian @ voodoo, as per my telephone conversation yesterday, it is unfortunate that the OBX glow faces will not be arriving until the end of the month. As my car is going for servicing on the 17th i am going to have to buy some gauges else where.
Therefore please send my refund ASAP as i need the money to buy the other gauges! I would appreciate it if the refund arrives by the end of this week (seems fair as I had paid you back in October!)

Regards

Alan.

Seeing as i've paid for mine, and i've already got new guages fitted...

I'm just gonna wait and see how long they actually take to arrive..

Should be interesting...then i'll just punt them..

Ian out of interest as I am still down for waiting for the origonal SHT electriacl guages do you have a current estimate of when you might have them? obvioulsy after all this time I imagine estimates won't be that accurate but do you even have a current promise for your supplier to break?

Quiet on here lately. Does that mean that everyone has been satisfied and I'm the only one waiting for a refund? Or is it that people are sick of banging their heads against the voodoo wall and can't be ar$sed any more?

Ian, the promised refund would be nice.

Anyone still after the AFR gauge?

I got one with a turbo gauge in this group buy 5 months ago but never got round to fitting the AFR. Still packaged up if any one wants to make me an offer?

Tony

Maybe he should be concentrating of giving those of us he promised a refund : frankly, I don't care where he shoves his guages (although I could suggest some places )

He has my e-mail address, and even after helping him by hosting his pictures of the new guages, I'm still out of pocket.

Sorry Shaun, if it came across as having a go at you, it wasn't intended to. Just annoys me when people who paid money in good faith repeatedly get told that they will get a refund, never hear anything yet others seem to get "drip-fed" bits of info about what's happening.

****-poor customer relations....

I got my full set of Swoosh gauges from Voodoo a week or so ago. They look good, and light up really well. Unfortunately the boost gauge was damaged in the post, so Ian is sending me another one out.

Default Definatly Abandon Hope Now !!!

I have just spoken to Ian at Voodoo,

As one the people holding out for the origonal SHT Electric Gauges I asked him for the latest ETA, and basicaly he has advised me that the company that was supplying these from the US has gone bankrupt and the chances of getting the gauges are now zero. So I have caved and asked for my refund, hopefully I won't have to wait too long for it!!

Any body know a supplyer of reverse indiglo gauges?

Cheers Alistair

They sound nice but I am after the revcerse glow where the number light up not the back round, as I have changed the rest of my instruments to do this already

Cheers anyway

Try www.speedhut.com

Steve

PS, my Swoosh gauges look good, but the boost gauge seems a bit slow reacting compared to the gauge it replaced (splitfire). Perhaps it just needs to bed in?

Default Try Scoobyclinic

Try scoobyclinc and ask for Adam. I pulled out of this group buy and have just had all gauges fitted by scoobyclinic. They were Pro-Sport gauges and have 7 different colour settings. Top job and excellent service from the boys at at scoobyclinic.
