Aint had anything yet boost/oil temp/water temp/oil pressure I phoned Ian @ voodoo cancelled my order for the indiglo guages and changed it to the obx guages he was advertising as a replacement he told me it would take about 2 weeks for them to come as everybody has said it would be good if Ian could post on here and let us all know what was going on.As for boxerflatfour all I can do is agree because like me I used my credit card and somewhere it says it is AGAINST the law to remove funds until goods are dispatched.( end of rant)I shall wait just a little longer and see if Ian puts a post up to let us all know whats happening.

as you are probbley aware i have had no new to post on here thats why i have not posted , i know you are all pissed off and belive me so am i !
this is how we stand
REFFUNDS ON THE WAY

i need the following gauges to for fill orders
oil temp 25 will have 7 within a week
oil pressure 22 will have 19 within a week
water temp need 5 will have 5 within a week
boost need 26 will have 7 within 2 weeks
afr need 10 got 6
volt need 2 will have two whitin a weekk

then according to the manufactures their will be no more gauges till MARCH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I HAVE SOME BLACK FACE OBX GAUGES ON THEIR WAY
oil pressure X5
oil temp X5
boost x5
water temp x5

as i have stated in previous posts i am sorry but what do you want me to do ? i have said you can have your money back and you will get it
and belive it or not i do have a list here of who is wating on gauges as most of you will know when you ring up .
if you want to post on here and make out that i am not donig any think to sort this out thats up to you .

as i said before after i have the current batch of gauges in
who ever is outstanding can stay on board till march or have a reffund .
even if i wnet to the usa it would make no diffrence as the gauges they supply come from tawain anyway.

Ian please do not send me any gauges as like I said in my e-mail I'm selling the car so don't need them. It would be a shame for me to get some at this point when others who do still want them may have to still wait. I await the cheque refund.

WE MAY HAVE SOME BAD NEWS

i have just opend the box with the gauges and their is a problem
the gauges i eas getting from the usa where electronic
and i just found out that the gauges they have sent me
are
mechanical not electronic eg they are fed buy a capillery tube and
not a sender unit !
they will still work ok do you guys still want them
i will ring the usa tonight
they Are the most stupid F***ING C**ts i have ever come across

The difference depends on what the gauge is. If it is boost a tube carrying the air under pressure goes into the back of the gauge itself. If it is oil temp a tube with hot oil in goes to the back of the gauge. i.e. the gauge itself measures the temp / boost or whatever.

In Electrical gauges there is a sender unit in the engine compartment that does the measuring that then sends an electrical current to the gauge which displays the relevant info.
