Best game is to practise left foot braking in a car you are not familiar with (my case, usually a hire car). No fun when the traffic is light much better when traffic is heavy and moving at about 80 mph+ (M4 mornings).

You simply attempt to reduce speed as the brake lights come on in front of you but use your left foot instead. Try doing it without planting your face into the windscreen and preferably without getting the tailgaiting git in the BMW behind you into your back seat.

paulr - That's what the string tied to the steering wheel is for! That system failing, sliding up the armco's on the right usually does it if it's a left bend. Else the cars to my left keep me going if it's a right hander.

The cone game, usually performed in roadworks, all you have to do is nominate a cone and try and knock it out of the line without disturbing the others. A test of skill and judgement
Foot Flat to the floor game. All you have to do is nail it in top gear and see how long you can kep your foot hard to the floor. A test of anticipation and observation. Having a 600cc Diahatsu MOVE helps in this game though.
Automotive Russian Roulette. Simple really. Time how long you dare drive whilst keeping your eyes closed.
