Well, I'll be the first post-BBQ poster, so to speak.

Good day, thanks to Pele for organising & nice to see some newbies as well as a lot of oldbies (Is that a word?). Hope that the Kent scoobies keep on going strong for many more years, sorry I won't be around here to join in the fun for much longer (excepting occassional "special guest appearances").

Running a sweep stake as to how many days before Ian gets back on the internet after Louise has exacted retribution! My bet is three days . . .

 

...I reckon more like a week if you could have seen the look of love she gave him ...
Anyway, thank you all for coming, as Hades said it was nice to see some newbies, as well as oldbies (I think we'll copyright that word ) It turned out to be a nice day after panicking on Friday that it was going to rain for the rest of the year
Thanks to Ian (ew4n) for the club stickers, we will sort out the price etc. in the week. I will be in contact with you all when I have membership details & the website up & running.
Nice to see Hol smiling once again, and also thanks for doing us the honour of cutting the birthday cake, after all it was you who started the meeting in the first place

nice to meet u all and thanks for making us feel welcome...great time if not slightly under the weather...dont know why??

well the sweep stake didnt last long, coz im here and in one peice after some grovelling and multiple inspections of the bruised area..

cant wait till the next meet..hope u all like the club stickers...other colours available just ask..and other graphics, decals and display plates...

thanx pele and lee for organising it and lets hope the club gets bigger and better...

 

Thanks for a good afternoon. The sprog loved it, the Zorst note on the Red Scooby was superb and I burnt me fingers on the Barby.
