My wife and I gave up exactly a year ago today.
We attended an "easyway" session for a half day and really have not BADLY wanted on since.
Best way to describe their method is "deprogramming" you from smoking. NOT hypnosis though.
They offer free further sessions if you feel you need them and a mony back if you start agian in 3 months. Claimed sucess rate is 98.8%.
Worked for us, not to everyones liking.
