Hi,

Might be there, might not. As I keep saying, this could be the last month I make it with my Scoob as I ought to have it sold really, but it's hard to sell something I enjoy owning so much. Getting used to an ordinary car again will be terrible, I'm sure. Really must put that ad in autotrader/phone some dealers.

Could be going up to London with a mate on Sunday; if not (or if I'm going up but later), will be there.

I also introduced us to a guy I met a few weeks ago who's just got a Jap import. If I'm not there and someone new turns up having heard about us while taxing his car in Farnham Post Office, please welcome him and make sure he doesn't get lost on the way to the pub if he goes there.

I'll be along, missed a few so it'll be good to see what's new

FYI James, who regularly came on the Surrey meets, has sold his Terzo to B&C

He doesn't have a computer so doesn't post but he's bringing along the following parts, which came off his car, to sell.

He's got:

HKS Super dragger full system (downpipe, centre and bb) for £400 the lot

A genuine Prodrive high level rear spoiler that's just six months old finished in Terzo blue, of course for £350

Lastly is a Forge recirc dump valve to suit a MY98 car for £70

All the stuff was in excellent nick when it came of his car last weekend. James will be there from 1 ish.

Will - must be nice seeing more than 3000 revs. That exhaust for sale sounds like a good deal though

Wink

I'll probably be there if me Paul & Toby recover from copious beer consumption

You know seeing that map of Kew is kinda weird as that arrow is virtually pointing at my old gaff

Did mine yesterday for southend, but might just have to go over it again, to get rid of all the bugs I brutely murdered last night.

Chris

P.S If anyone is coming along the M25 anticlockwise and wants to meet up phone me on 07739913126, I have to pick my mate up at half twelve in dartford, so I will be leaving from that junction around then.

I cant believe how hot it was either, got home and the thermometer was reading 37 degrees shortly before it melted!! shame I missed the HKS super drager the guy was selling, he only wanted 350 quid for it, full system and downpipe, always the same after you go out and buy just a back box for the same money and still have to do a de cat, never mind, s#it happens

Good meet as usual. Didnt think there wer ebe many of us but turned out to be just over 20 scoobs.

BTW, next meet, the owner said we can park on the grass. Apparently he likes the attention of having the scoobs parked out front of his pub. It has attracted other clubs (think he said porsche and corvette clubs) to come to his pub.

Another good one

Cool

Yep, another good 'un.

Nice to meet some new faces. Nice chatting to you fellas - try and make it to the pub next time!

We gotta try and get more cars to the pub - the landlord wants a nice pic of all the scoobs lined up on the grass so he can put it up on the wall next to the pics of the other car clubs. Time to get the bucket and sponge out

Rich.

Aww, damn - I'm almost sure I won't have the car by the next meet so I'll miss out on having my car on display in the pub. Oh well. I can get access to a medium format camera though (6x6cm negatives), so could bring it along and use that for pics that can be blown up without any loss of resolution.

Great meet.

btw - Dark Force - did you totally disappear shortly after arriving at the pub? I was gonna offer you a return drink and you would have been welcome to sit down with us. I thought I saw you on the phone or something.
