Urgent AFR help!

Brun.
A common mistake, your pointer in the picture is actually identifying B136 pin 23. (camshaft signal negative).
as you look at that plug, move across the blank part on the same row, then count 2 pins, it will be a white wire with silver banding.
(or count in to the 3rd wire from the opposite side of the plug).
When you've found it, drop a voltmeter on that wire, run the car, you should see the voltage fluctuating at tickover between 0 volts an 0.7 volts.

Easy way to ID the signal wire (on early scoobs anyway)is it`s the
one with RF shielding around it. So it`s a bit thicker than the rest right up until it reaches the con block
BTW remember only use an electronic AVO to check the sensor as analogue ones can damage the sensor due to higher internal resistance. (from memory)

No! That's pin 23. The Lambda feed is pin 21, but you're reading the wrong way round. The numbering is left to right when you're looking at the face of the plug , or right to left when you're looking at the wiring side, as in your pic.
Pin 21 is the next but one to the right of the wire you're pointing to. Can't remember the colour/stripe/spot combination with absolute certainty, although I'm 99% sure it's white (or maybe very pale pink).
