We're not talking about "sticking to the speed limit", we're talking about not doing nearly double the speed limit in an area where the driver concerned had already been done, and in an area the local speed inforcement (sic) were paying close attention.

One speeding conviction could be considered bad luck. Two, in as many months, as was mentioned ages ago, is a bit of a trend.

You can be as blasé about this as you like. However, it gets difficult to enjoy the performance of your car if you don't have a driving licence.

According to the ACPO guidelines because whomever was driving was doing over 50MPH at the time, it will more than likely not be a FPN (Fixed Penalty Notice), and will be a summons to court in actual fact.

If we all admit the truth, everyone has broken the speed limit at some point!

I hope that you get it all resolved. This week hopefully the unsigned NIP issue should be sorted out with a decision on the Yorke and Mawdsley cases.
