TSL's 22B..........
I dont get it?
How can spending £1000s showcasing some of the best modds around for your scooby (and no, not just cosmetic) cheapen the image of TSL, come on guys, you all know that they are a very experienced, professional company. Think your being a bit harsh. Like its already been said, its a promo car, its supposed to be OTT.

I was lucky enough to be in the group with that T.S.L 22B on a tour of Derbyshire recently and followed it for many a mile around Derbyshire finest roads, would have to say it looks a whole lot better in the flesh.22B's any way you look at them are simply a stunning car.
Like has been said if you really wanted to you could put it back to standard without much aggro.

Not keen on the Lexus lights and the barbed wire graphic's
but what the hell, i wouldn't say NO to driving it around all day advertising the company
(subtle hint there guy's)
could think of worse jobs
As Gareth Gates say....2 2B or not 2 2B that is the question

Isn't this a bit like the "Bedroom Motorsport" image form the TSL site?
It may be OTT, but it sure as hell gets folks mentioning TSL
:
I reckon Paul is a PR genius

Personally, I don't like the looks, although it IS better in the flesh, outside, and it certainly won't stop me using TSL.

IMO, it gives the impression all TSL sell is cheap products. Nasty cheap gauges, the carbon bonnet isn't particularly good, the wheels are awful and the lights, well, hmm - reflectors look like they've been stuck on with double sided tape.
Sorry Paul
Sorry Paul
Not a great advert for the company IMHO, its sposed to appeal to the public which is us and most think it looks crap so is it doing its job? sure it gets the Company talked about people are saying TSL yeah there the guys that Fecked up a 22b........good publicity ?
I actually like the TSL 22B. As for people saying "they have fecked up a 22B" sorry, I disagree, trust me, you don't like that, if I got my hands on one it'd be worse, as I would, on purpose, make it very very tacky, just to totally annoy people who have this thing about a 22B being 'sacred'

Being honest though, not sure I'd have a 22B, as the game has moved on slightly from when the 22B was launched, I think I'd rather have a Type 25.

A lot of people are missing the point entirely.
You're not supposed to like TSL's 22B, you're supposed to notice and talk about it. Which is exactly what you're doing.
I spoke to Graham about it - the car has earned TSL pages and pages of coverage in car mags, which would otherwise have cost thousands in advertising fees. In that respect, as a commercial venture, it's practically paid for itself.
Furthermore, part of the reason for making so many mods to the car was so that the original parts could be kept safe in a garage where they wouldn't be damaged. Would you want people crawling all over your car at a show? Look up the price of a new genuine 22B wheel if you don't think that's a good enough reason in its own right.
Personally I think it was a stroke of genius - what else could they have done that would have cost so little (bearing in mind the resale value of a back-to-standsrd 22B) yet generated so much publicity?

Ok so maybe its not to everyones taste but surely some of you are being far too harsh.
Ok so its a 22b and its a classic car but it can be returned back to totally stock very quickly but the main thing is............. If you want to advertise your product why not use the best platform? If you were advertising bikinis in a catalogue you wouldnt use a collection of fat ugly chicks would you?.......Exactly! If you opened a ferrari dealership you wouldnt stick it in bloody marston green either!
I think the car looks GREAT and ive seen it several times! Definate knicker dropper!
Give the guy a break and put your claws and handbags away.

The fat chicks are the products stuck on the car and marston green is the way it has been done.Theres nothing wrong with modding a 22b - I'd say exactly the same if they'd done it to a standard scoob - if you're gonna advertise the company, at least put decent stuff on.
