Fantastic meet!

I can't believe the turnout we got, considering it was a school night!

As a side issue, I don't think the pub would be able to cope for the Surrey meet! It was heaving on a school night, the car park was quite small and some of the food took it's time coming out!

So which pub next?

 

Second that, good turn out and a good meet.

How about a meet at the Worpleston place (out and out?)
GOOD sized car park
Plenty of seating inside and out.
We could book a table (i think)

Over all it's not a bad pub/reastarant

LOL @ Andy - yeah you could say there was a problem with parking, hence why I didn't turn up, well inside the pub anyhow, circled the car park a couple of times, tried to find somewhere else to park, no joy, so went home All because my young lady made us late...

 

All you had to do was block in the Subarus in the corner!!!

 

I forgot to mention when I drove home last night I passed a pub that I had been to a few times before.

The food was home made (rather than the frozen ready meals you see in most pubs), it was reasonably priced (cheaper than The Fairmile) and the car park was nearly double the size of the Watermill!

It's just off junction 9 of the M25 (Leatherhead), bascially head towards Chessington World of Adventures, and it's the first pub on the left after the motorway!

 

top night shame i had to go but i've had to be up at half 4 this morning , yes you did see a camera and will post pic's when i get 5 mins , need to sleep now .

 

Just found the details of The Star in Leatherhead.

 

Used to go there a lot when I was at school in Leatherhead
Does get an older type of client though !
Which night next week are we trying that one then ?

 

Older clients, means we can take over....... (Cue *evil* laugh)..

Im sure theres room for 30 cars at least in that car park

 

Good turn out ,shame about the food took forever to come , then had to go back to be cooked !!!!! .I`m up for trying another
