no Money had boost problems with it, bloody thing is stuck at about 9psi so is baffling me, and i even cleaned solenoid and pipes and refitted standard recirc bov.

Gotta get a pro to look at it methinks as im a bit stumped now.

Sounds to me like Christian is the youngest with the best car so far as a type r is prob the best scoob and at 18 too ******* lol

Thumbs up

Noticed that prodrive 1 is actually the youngest turbo drive.

He say’s he’s had it since he was 17 and he is still 18 yet so I think that make’s him the youngest here in age wise. But as for youngest modified car it has to Christian r with type r.

And any way I thought you didn’t pay any vat in jersey so my be that’s way they can afford it at a young age.

p.s just wanted to say what a great site and it move's to quick for me to keep up.

cos i am in part ownership of a family garage. Our trade policy is for our personal, domestic and pleasure use aswell as trade and i am a policy holder. only costs £47 to add me to it!

also allows me to modify as much as i want without any premiums. All i have to do is register the car in the garage name. Will be the same price for a maclaren (includes class S)

prodrive 1 - what do you do for a living to be able to pay to buy, run and insure a scoob and a zetec s on your own? I am assuming you have your own business?

Hi All,
I'm 20 now and on my 2nd Impreza!
My Prodrive 99 turbo 2000 wasnt good enough so I bought Nitos famous wagon off him as well. Now my car is faster than my bike!
I was 18 when I bought my first one.
Thinking about finding a nice 22B now as well.

Main dealer in Cirencester told me that a guy came in with his mummy and bought a P1 off him last year as a 21st birthday present.
Bet mummys little soldiers insurance is high !

However I am not too sure if I belive a word he says given the lies I get on servicing receipts....

Pavlo,
Agree with you 100%. I did not see the point of buying a scooby when you are still living at home with mummy and daddy when you can have a house on your own and get a scooby in a few years.

Thats what we did. My girlfriend and I are in our early 20's and own a 2 bedroom house. In about 2/3 we'll move house and with the intrest I'll buy a scooby

Darren

Yep, have to agree. I would love a scoob, but its a matter of priorities. First, to fully enjoy being young and second to get my own place. I am living with mates and having the time of my life going out etc etc. Can't understand why anyone would want t work hard all day when they 18/19yrs old to pay off a car. I would rather worry about all that later, theres plenty more time and you're only young once.

BTW....to the guy running the scoob and the zetec s on 17k/annum.......how? surely you have nothing at all left over for other things?

Still, each to their own.
