Do you think so i will collapse with the TD05?? When I disconnect the actuator, I made a lot of boost even at 5000 rpm.

So what boost can you make at 6000 RPM with a disconnected actuator. If it is 1.5 bar or so then you have a control problem not a hardware problem.

Have you tried wiring the wastegate closed and then (carefully) giving it throttle.

If it gives good boost it must a control issue rather than a hardware issue with turbo / pipes etc........

Re the Samco hose. I have discussed this with them as a result of the collapsing issues raised by Andy, Bob & others. They made two points of interest. The first that they have now strengthened the inlet hose to help avoid such problems. Second that if there is an issue with the turbo sucking so much air that the inlet collapses then the air filter is not allowing enough flow. I have no experience to justify this information merely passing it on but I am about to try one so we'll see.

Tried today:
Tighten the actuator the boost raise 1.3 tot 4500 rpm and is dropping to 0,9 bar at 5500 rpm (not controlled by the Apexi)
So conclusion what you are gonna do with the actuator the boost still dropping.
And the second thing what I can do is, disconnect the airbox and hope the hose is not collapse.

Mike,

Try it with the actuator-arm wired closed ie actually pin the arm closed.

Guys, the problem is over.

The Andy F. has the good answer. The samco inlet hose collaps at high rpm. Now I have a HKS induction kit on it, and it holds up to 6000 rpm with 1.3 bar.

Great thanx a lot guys for the thinking and ofcourse Andy F. !!!!

Results is 314 bhp checked with my RSM.
Next stage is 350 bhp!!

Thanx

Mike
