I don't think contacting IM or Subaru UK will do any good seeing as, if it is who I think it is, they are no longer an official Subaru dealer.

I am shocked that this has happened at this particular garage

never dealt with his old man, just him. i am stunned they are being so bad though! i just booked mine in this week for a cambelt service big bill which i may take elsewhere thinking about it, if they have toerags working there i think we all know the dealer in question anyhow mate so threatening exposing them on here isnt exactly rocket science to work out, so hit em where it hurts

Has to be the legal route AllanB, don't bother naming them here yet either as it may well harm your case if they get to see/hear of it.

Prove their guilt first then warn everyone in here to steer clear, that will teach the túrds.

Also you might want to hide the Diahatsu connection to keep your cred intact

There is obviously no proof that this is an inside job but for 2 different members of thier own staff to tell my girlfriend that is worrying.

Spoon how do you know about my Daihatsu connection ?

AllanB, check your own profile, there's a clue somewhere.

I did trying to suss this dealer out, as you indicated we could, I'll put a pound in the charity box for the privilege.

Allan

I may get slated for this but in your own interests, I think that you should take keep any further action off board. Anything that you say on here can be used both for and against you. You've now got to the stage where you are major unhappy, so I think its best if you seek your advice elsewhere from people that can help you better than SN.

Email/phone me if you have a problem with this.

All the best

Regards

Puff
