Its an alcohol wipe which you use to wipe the screen once you've cleaned it with soapy water.

Then you must run the wipers dry for 5mins to let them apply a layer of silcone onto the screen, then you're ready!

Am assuming (hoping) it is not too late to do this as only used the wipers briefly so far?
