The Mole and Me...
I have always found that the traps work well, but you have to make sure you set the trigger right. Mole smokes, which you should be able to buy from a good ironmungers often work. If you want to have another go poisoning, buy rat-bait. Dissolve it up as a slurry and fill up some more worms. This should be a bit more tasty for the moles than the caustic brew you last made. The Vitamin K supressors cause the poor buggers to bleed to death internally. I don't like using it, but it gets rid of the mice and rats a treat. I think that moles are rodents, so it should work on them.
Nice story,

Another possibility...
Get some small balloons (or similar) and inflate until nearly bursting. Then bury 'em next to or in the mole holes... mole comes up... BANG!
The little blighter should shoot up in the air, or at least get a major headache

A similar tactic can be used on cats that insist on doing their stuff in your garden, then attempt to bury it...
Another possibility... feed them bicarbonate of soda... this will fizz up inside them, creating huge amounts of CO2. If, like pigeons, they can't let the gas escape at either end, it's quite unpleasant for them

ps Don't try this at home, kids

Absolute. 'kin. Classic.
I have been laughing out loud at this. Brilliant style mak, you ought to look into comedy writing
In a way I hope you don't get 'em as I look forward to this week's episode
Good luck

LOL, its the scoobynet version of Caddyshack
When does the mole made out of plastic explosive come out to play?
astraboy.
Oh dear god this just got the evil cogs going again.......
What ya do is, Buy some gerbils, train them to home in on the scent of moles, Strap some form of explosive to them, C4, TNT, whatever you can get hold of, Light a fuse and send the brave little gerbil into the moles domain........
I'll leave the rest to your imagination!

I missed the earlier installments from the previous offensive but have you tried using mole traps yet?
We used to use them on a farm i worked at when i was at school (makes a change from a paper round). Basically a metal tube with a spring loaded wire loop inside it. You dig a hole down to one of the tunnels and install the trap inline with the tunnel, then cover it all back up with earth. Moley (being blind) walks through and gets caught. There's usually a springy bit that stands clear of the ground so you can tell if anythings been caught without digging the trap up.
A few of them should sort the problem out, you can buy them in most farming supplies shops.
We used to catch several a week this way, had to get rid of them as the horses/cows used to catch their feet in the mole holes and get hurt.
Either that or use a 12 bore
Or the Caddyshack solution mentioned above
