roads were a bit too busy tonight, suprising really for a sunday evening, nevermind, I had a great time, and the drive back home with scoobygav555 and supertouring was excellent down the country lanes, except the bit where I forgot which way the road went, and instead of bearing left, I went right, and down the access road to Lyme Park west gate, sorry gav! hehe.

CW42 - You drove like a big girl, how else could I have got past you? Oh, and I do not think some of those overtaking manouvers are in the advance driving handbook!
A good run, but too much traffic and it was too dark down those narrow lanes, could not see the damn road most of the time. See you all in a couple of weeks.

hehe, tyres? Yup, defo on the shopping list. I'm convinced now that it's the cheap ones the guy before had on it. They are fine until they get real warm and then become *jelly*. Not good (as I am sure the video shows )

Hope some of the footage I got of you is OK. Awesome sight coming back over the top with the sun dropping behind the horizon and you weren't hanging around either, must be the camera making you toe it ;-)

I shouldn't really have followed you past that lone car (BMW?) as the corner was approaching quick and jelly tyres were getting ready to make another appearance. Still, made it and to top the night off some guy in a prelude had a go on the way home. He went around the corners at a hell of a pace but couldn't shake me and come the straight, bye bye.

Excellent night. Cheers and Wednesday is looking good so far.

alright fellas, managed to find some tinternet access!! only been gone a week and already want to get back for a drive in the scoob!!! had a good first week, averaged about 90 degrees f. golf was good too. what do you mean 310 brake pete!! you might be able to get away from the gav lad in the twisties now !! the portugeese females are awesome, not seen a bad *** yet (under 30 yrs anyway)!! anyone passed my mum in the scoob yet?? spoke to her last night and she said she doesnt want to drive her corsa after mine, said she went for a "drive" in it the other night. "goes round the corners miles faster than mine". i'm scared!! told her to watch out for you chris, said you cant miss him hes got one of the biggest spoilers in history on his motor

anyway all this writing has made me tired, back to the pool.

Hi Chris,

Sorry but I can't make it tonight, i've torn a muscle in my shoulder and steering at speed is a problem.

Hopefully it will be mended in time for the Northern Big One though in a couple of weeks. Are we orginising a convoy from here for the event.

Had a nice run out last night, and seemed to have sorted out my camera troubles. I think I may have had a duff tape, so tried a fresh one, and here is the result.
