Finally they have arrived 1 week before the event ,,,,,,,,, in my opinion thats abit tight , imagine if you were going on holiday abroad and the flight tickets arrived 1 week before you take off 
Maybe it was out of SIDC hands who knows ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but i feel it was cutting abit fine for such a major event .
