Let me tell you what Greg Kovacs, the world's biggest bodybuilder, eats in a day, and it will simon look like a sweet little boy
- 3 lbs of beef
- 3 chickens
- 36 raw egg whites
- 4 kg of vegetables / pasta / rice

Simon: eat that and train hard and you may end up weighing 340 lbs as well! LOL

If you ate that lot, how do you find time to lift weight? Surely you'd spend all day on the toilet?

Si - 190kg on this is no problem
