Would just like to add my comments

I know I pulled out at the last minute, due to obtaining a 2nd hand one, from the SN for sale section, and apologies for that

But in my opinion this has got to have been one of the slickest & quikest group buys I have seen organised, and dealt with, and all credit to UHF

This is no disrespect to others that have organised Group Buys, as I know (not first hand I might add) that they can be a real pain to organise

Maybe this is the way forward for future group buys, where everyone on the list, contacts the dealer direct (and dealer is duly informed ) to arrange payment & delivery

Yes, of course its the way forward, its really the only way it should be done, you get a supplier on board, you get a dedicated board member and make it happen, all this collecting Money and then going to find a good bulk deal is nonsense and can lead to people being without thier money for a great deal of time.

I'll consider what to do about the last two if they dont phone BRD today.

 

I think that the group buys that are around the £100 mark are always gonna work well cos it aint that much money to part with.


group buys i have arranged and others that fell thru have all been around £300 - £500 which is a lot more of a lump of money, even if it is a bargain price compared to the RRP


I think its just luck that a group buy comes off, some u win, some u loose

This one ran great and the goods arrived very quickly. I organised a Defi one, that took months with loads of messing around and different options for most people. I still have the nightmares now

if you still want one cheap, due a change in my circumstances you can have mine. if you want, send me a cheque for however much i get charged and when it clears i`ll send it on to you. i say however much i get charged because i did mention it was part of the group buy so hopefully i`ve been charged £130 and not full price, i was also told it would be here today and it aint appeared so i`ll see what tomorrow brings
