Yep, have to say Tony,s rite m8, its 240 standard, ive got a 96 RA when they chucked out 260 standard. The first red top engine produced 275 in 97MY before 280bhp.
Jason - yeah it's still for sale at the mo. but do have a bit of interest.
Leviathan - I think you're right. But when I bought the car it had transfers up the side saying Type RA 280bhp (Don't know if they were put on here or Japan). This was then confirmed by the dealer, but I don't have any records of upgrades or mods. This aside it's a really tidy, good, quick car, that makes me smile every time I get in it. I'll be gutted when it goes!
Got two people interested - but not turned up with the cash yet 'cos they're trying to sell their motors. Bit pi**ed off she's not selling - she's a mint car. Don't know whether to give it one last go in the Auto Trader / Top Marques. Any one think it may be a good idea to take her to Japfest with a big FOR SALE sign on her?!?
