i'll phone a few places at lunch time, busy preparing for our weekly management meeting at the moment. Wasnt someone else trying to sort this out too, I dont mind sorting it out, but if someone else would rather do it or thinks they ARE doing it then fine, dont want to step on anyones toes

UHF/Babber, i'm happy with you guys obtaining best price & liaising with vendors.(BRDevelopments maybe an option)
I dont mind keeping tabs on the list. Share the workload.

I would suggest as soon as we get a decent price for the numbers we currently have, then go for it. After we go for it; we have a window of say up to 2 weeks for people to ring their order in,
and pay up the dosh. Especially if the vendor wont send out the orders until he gets the full number.
That way people will get the product within a reasonable timescale;
(allowing for vendor stocks)
Anyone any more thoughts ??

I suppose at the moment its a trade off to how quick peeps want them , to how many needs to be ordered for decent discount.

Price is the same no matter, once we get 10 its the same for 200!

Sorry, got the price wrong, it was INCLUDING VAT, £130 to your door nobody has replied to the group buy yet Are we way off the price? I thought it was good?

Our price was about 141 quid inc vat, for more than 8 I think
