Cheers OJ - prob is something to do with an inlet manifold valve, waiting for this small piddly little part which is really hard to get hold of - was supposed to get it today but alas tis delayed until Monday (was gonna be my first meet with my own Scooby) - hence me being very sad! 'Ill be back' thou!

 

you really shoulda tried a few breakers gangsta! GRADE A had my driveshafts out to me next day! bit late now tho! there will be lots more i know!

57 - funny you should say that cos that's why it's taking so long to arrive! Waiting for this particular car to be broken up and thats where I'm getting the part from. Just one of those things I guess, at least little Steve can't mock me about my exhaust on saturday now

Gangsta - yes this is my first meet, and lucky for me it's very very local.. so I feel for you..!!

Does any from north london, cheshunt area fancy doing a little convoy down to Tescos?

 

Mel, go down the A127 with Tesco on your right, take the next slip road, believe it is the Wickford turn off. Go round the roundabout and come back on yourself along the A127, take the first slip road (KFC on your right). Turn right at the mini roundabout and follow the road.

 

Mel, sorry slight mistake, KFC is on your left!!!!!

i am well p"ssed off tripped over today and done ligaments in my foot spent 4 hours in lovely basildon hospital wel at least no broken bones

but my poor old foot wont be able to use the ap clutch i have on my scoob so am well disapointed if i cant make it tommorrow i think only jesus could help me

anyway i hope all you guys enjoy it and watch out for them undercover coppers

RB5 With private plate, Only just got car back from dealers it was in for three weeks with gearbox trouble and i had only bought it two months before. Picking it up after so much time was like buying it for the first time again !!

maybe a suggestion...

the last meet to southend i attended, we headed down christopher Martin Road to the Nevendon roundabout, where the lights split the drive quite substancially..... maybe we'd be better off heading london bound on the 127, coming off at basildon to loop under and head back toward southend, that way avoiding the short change lights, and only encountering cumbersome scoob traffic ....

Great idea Rob Mo allways get split up at those lights, Some of us are in Southend while the others are still at the lights!!!! Try and head London bound may be to late to do this know though!!

 

Tonite sounds like it's gonna be great. Been out polishing Scooby in the sunshine.

Only had Scooby a few months. Other than a quick visit to the Halfway House this will be my first meeting. Add to that after a long enuff wait the PPP was fitted this week. What timing!!!

Can't wait to see so many Scoobies together and meeting a few people.
