Got an e-mail from Darin at the MLR. He reckons that all the proofs have been postedI have mailed the guy to find out where mine are. Will update you later.

Had an e-mither from Andrew Keays tonight. He has been laid up with food poisoning for over a week and sends his apologies. He reckons that the proofs are being finalised today and tomorrow.
