OK, I had a think and...
The Beachboys - all their stuff.
The Four Freshmen - (Who inspired Brian Wilson, and are still going since 1953 in spite of 11 lineup changes)
Patti Page - again
Doris Day - Can sing the hind leg off a donkey Que Sera Sera
Paul Macca - too many to mention. Game over
All IMHO of course

OK - my contribution is :-
Great singers-
Abba
Anastacia
Atomic Kitten
Robbie Williams
Elton John
Frank Sinatra
Aretha Franklin
Chakka Kahn
Stevie Wonder
Great vocalists -
Mick Hucknall (as much as I hate the arrogant carrot-top...and yes, I do know from personal experience )
Mick Jagger
Liam Gallagher - not because he's got a good voice (or more importantly, technique, but because it's unique
Dido - good songwriter, more than good vocalist
The Beatles
Most fall into the category of good vocalists, rather than singers.
just my 2p
