Absolutely. Will book the hotel on the 2nd. What will probably happen is that I'll make sure there are enough places/rooms and then get individuals to contact the hotel with confirmation within a 48hr period.
I dont mind doing the searching etc, however being stuck with a large number of room deposits paid for on my credit card does not appeal! LOL
Will let everyone know in good time.

There are a few more places (ask me for availability), but let's just say that availability is short and most of those above will need to share. I've asked that the double rooms have two beds in them. I know we're friends, but I don't fancy being cuddled by Rich Askew! Eeeeew!
I have had to secure these rooms on my card, so if people are not sure, or if they decide not to show, I'll not be impressed. Please give me plenty of notice if you're not coming.

Just checked this thread for the first time in a while. When you say my room is booked, do you mean just me, or the allocation of rooms that I asked for? As in one double and two twin rooms (as in for six people in total including Jen and me).

I mean that there will be enough room for everyone. There is a shortage of space at easter, but the hotel also has a guest house (where you stayed previously) You and Jen have a double room in the hotel. It might be that the others will have to have a single room each in the guest house.
I have booked 5 double rooms and 1 single in the hotel, with an additional 6 single rooms in the guest house. Hopefully we can sort something out amongst ourselves with allocations.
