Beware!!! BE VERY AWARE
Are you fully comp on your own insurance? If you are, you should be able to get your own insurance company to do the repairs then it is up to them to get the cash back from the other insurance company..
I know it's not ideal but it might be worth trying
PS. Hope it didn't bend the exhaust

DG for God's sake go and see a solicitor, get them to send a letter listing your problems/costs and demand completed repairs by a certain date or you'll initiate court proceedings.
Shouldn't cost much and should put the wind up them!
who were the idiots again? Oh yes i remember:
WEBBERS BODY REPAIR CENTRE

WEBBERS BODY REPAIR CENTRE
I'VE GOT IT BACK

but i have to saythat the car wouldn't start so i had the hassle of getting it started as they ran it out of petrol and where they had been trying to start it with no petrol, they choked it up.
Huxley was right, when i arrived at WEBBERS BODY SHOP yesterday they were just changing all the signs on the front of the building to SOLIS NORICH UNION BODY REPAIR CENTRE, but it is still run by the same F**king Idiots.
So the storey comes to an end 5 weeks and 5 days after the car went in to the body shop and 4 months 2 weeks & 3 Days after the accident happened.
All i can say now is
Beware of SOLIS NORICH UNION BODY REPAIR CENTRE, Basingstoke
I just want to say Thanks to everyone for the advise

Are all insurance approved body shops complete muppets?
I had to take my STi 7 TYPE UK (that is TYPE UK) into an insurance approved body shop, they failed to notice the letters on the back stating TYPE UK and phoned my insurance company to tell them it was a Japanese import and not UK (TYPE UK) spec. Took me days to sort that out.
In addition many of these places will not order parts until the car is picked up! They will let you put a deposit down to allow them to order up front, they just don't tell you about this option.
Muppets.
I would however recomend Alexanders in Taplow - do a great job and fairly cheap with no messing about.
