The new EJ25 blocks are not in the US yet.
The OZ's have a really weird dyno. They measured the stock WRX it only got 98hp! where the Americans got 168hp. When the Rigolis built the Easy Street car (currently the fastest in USA) they dynoed it in OZ at 505hp... but Easy Street claims it has a 740hp engine!!! And i don't really know how you guys measure your HP.
The reason the OZ's are fasterst is because they have had so much time working with the WRX. And the American have not. What until the start of this years race season..... everything is going to change! I know of about 10 WRXs that are making over 600hp att eh wheels. And some of the hardcore people are going with the H33 engines in their WRX's. Every single Subaru tuner in the USA is busy! (Not that there are too many good ones)
