Well it up to you about waving at other Subaru models. Turbos you must and suffer the non-wavers coming the other way!!
Lol, does your car sound like it electric with two small exhaust pipes coming from the rear. Or does it make loads of noises as you drive it around ??
The smiles are up to you, buy many Scoobynet people have them, so we know fellow scoobynetters
Cheers Phill C

One final word of advice. By now you'll have your car so before going off confidently blasting around in it, best practice (if you have the will power that is ...
) is to take things easy for the first say 500 or even 1000 miles; being all ears, eyes and yes even nostrils during that time. (Nostrils??). It's a USED car after all and even the best professionals can overlook things so give yourself a chance to see what's what. That way you should not get caught out if some problem does crop up. It will also allow you time to become fully conversant with the car. This advice applies equally to any car but particularly true of those regarded as of higher performance.
Good Luck and enjoy ...

Hi motomc1 got the car this after, she's awesome.....too fast for me :P few problems when I picked her up the biggest being something I'd not noticed when I looked at her....bloody alloys got a bend in it. Told em to give me my money back or sort it....there getting a new alloy and its getting stuck on next week
apart from that she's lovely.....took her for a blast and fueled her up ready for tomorrow, poor girls on my drive getting cold now.
Louise.

If you're not used to a performance car, sensible really, just build up to using the performance over time - I went from a bog standard Corsa 1.4 to my MY00 and was only flooring it on long straights where I could see clearly for miles to start with, and made sure to remember not to brake too hard during corners to avoid the back end overtaking the front.
As with any new car it'll take a while to get to know it's characteristics, and (as I'm guessing) all-wheel-drive is something you've probably not had before either so that'll take a little while to be more used to. It's so easy to drive though, and forgiving, I'm sure you'll have a hoot.
Careful in ice/snow (if we get any more of this), cos the wide tyres really don't help dig in for grip and it'll feel worse than an ordinary car in some circumstances.
Read the SIDC faq to learn more about them if you haven't already (http://www.sidc.co.uk/faq.htm)
Read some Scoobynet stuff in appropriate forums for whatever you're interested in
...and make sure you get that big grin on your face every now and then by driving it!
Everything else has already been said.
