if someone doesn't want his reg plates being shown in the video, he should email me with his reg number and car type so i can take him and his car off the vid. I don't have the spare time needed for trying new programs that have the capability of erasing number plates.

 

XT - I think you misunderstood my comment. I know you have asked everyone concerned (for approval) with the Surrey meet that you video'd - there is no issue with that.

I just don't feel it is appropriate for you lot to take pi$$, considering it is a well known rule on the board (ie. no reg plates without consent) - this is my point.

Alex, i didn't misunderstood your comment. I also agreed with what the webmaster said. As regarding about taking the ****, that's not the issue. Despite everything we said above, if someone doesn't want his registration plates shown, i would do it if i could. So the next option is not to show his car. I don't have a problem with any of the mods or the webmaster, i just wanted to make a joke to the people i know.
I didn't mean to sound like a ****.

PS. I am currently trying to get to grips with Adobe Premiere so everyone will be happy.

On a serious note (No offense XT), but it should be you checking with the owners, and it shouldn't be the owners responsibility to email you!

That was a mental drive to the pub & one of the funniest stories i've heard in a long time

Pulling up at the traffic lights just down from Newlands me & Mikey leave everyone clear behind. I didn't think that Mikey was that mad a driver in his new P1 but hey I thought he wanted to play so i made it very challenging for him to follow!!!

Any of you who know me will vouch that I am a very sensible driver & would never go over the speed limit Anyway we get to the pub WAY before anyone else & I asked if Mikey enjoyed the Blatt.

He said that he wasn't Blatting, he was just trying to keep up BECAUSE HE HAD NO IDEA WHERE THE PUB WAS!!

FYI i didn't lock myself out of the car.The car decided to lock me out. I just tried to unlock the door, its not my fault if the key barrel decided to leave this world for another....better one.

PS. i'll take precautions next time at the entrance of newlands corner, i'll be filming while inside the car, if someone wants to run me over, my car will be fixed with 100 quid tops....

Thats the last time i go to the front of the pack when i dont know where i am going, particularly if you are just in front of me!
It did enable me to find out what the limits of the car are though, so guess it was a good thing!

On the subject of being video taped, nobody asked me if I minded. I don't mind the car being recorded, as such, but I would be very unhappy for footage or photos of my car to be made available without the number plate having been obscured.
