Is it still for sale? You mentioned that you might consider a cheap px - how about a golf vr6 5dr, P reg, green, 99k, loads of history, tax & mot, mint condition?

Could be. Depends on what you have in mind and I'd need to know a bit more about the Golf. Mail me details/pics to jmiles_devon@hotmail.com with a sense of px and lets see if we could sort something out. I need to know insurance group and rough running costs as its not exactly the sensible runabout that I was after but if the price is right it could do for a couple of months and of course you get a late classic with low milage at a bargain price.
