Maybe I'm wrong too but dont't you need your bright button on to go above 160mph.

The photos clearly shows the bright utility isn't activated.

This picture was taken at 320 km/h on pure ICE! - the needle went right around the speedo and out the other side and I STILL had lots more power in reserve.

The vibrations prove it. So there.

PLUS - I was running the engine in at the time !
