1st car - 1965 Ford Anglia - 1500cc engine.
Then 61 VW beetle, followed by another dozen with engines in various state of tune, with a hillman hunter GLS, Grenada, Hillman avenger and opel kadette mixed in.
Then I discovered V8s - 1969 shelby mustang, incredibly quick in a straight line, but interesting handling and brakes. And 6mpg...
1958 Ford Consul classic with 351V8 and snapping half shafts, Rambler ambassador v8.
Then marry, and buy house. Small, cheap & boring cars for 10 years.

Then Jeep Cherokee, BMW 525 diesel, BMW530V8 (400,000 miles in those 3), change jobs and stop doing intergalactic mileages, so time for a fun car. Scooby, M3 or 540? Scoob it was

Next - September 04 - Possibly an M3, or scooby (if the 2.5l STI makes it to RHD) or similar, as long as there are at least 300bhp out the box....

C reg, Fiat Uno Turbo, s/s exhaust, alloys, K&N - loved this car, specially at roundabouts!
J reg, Clio 16v, - before mods, did 300mls to tank of petrol,- after s./s exhaust, boost valve, K&N and a little widgety thing, can't remember what it's called, it did 150 if I was lucky/drove sensibly!
Then I needed extra doors, so I had to get...
R reg, Scooby Turbo 2000, plus I missed the kick in the back from the turbo, the Clio just didn't have it! Mods on scooby are work in progress...
